Overview

At SBRI, we believe that targeted research is the first step on the road towards conquering any disease. But, without research, there is no hope of making inroads against infectious diseases, which are responsible for 14 million deaths each year. 

Fundamental scientific research is the bedrock for discoveries that in turn lead to new diagnostic tools, effective treatments and timely prevention. We believe that these discoveries can result in a world of healthy people, thriving communities and stable nations.
