Our sequencing services range from performing reactions on provided template, to complete, publication quality assembled sequencing projects. Users also have the option of performing the sequencing reactions and submitting the liquid reaction for clean up and analysis at a reduced cost. Fragment analysis reactions are performed by the customer and submitted to us for analysis via GeneMapper on the 3730XL Genetic Analyzer. Please contact us for more information regarding dye sets, multiplexing, etc.
